Thematically Structured Curriculum
Since the program’s founding, USC Marshall School of Business has aimed to deliver the world’s preeminent Executive MBA through curriculum that equips its students with a comprehensive understanding of interrelating business principles as well as a strong command of their unique leadership and managerial skills.
There are no stand-alone courses in statistics, economics, accounting, or any traditional business school disciplines. Rather, the Executive MBA curriculum is structured thematically, and each course is co-taught by 2-3 faculty with varying yet complementary expertise. Much like the business world presents situations to a senior manager, our students engage coursework from various interrelated disciplines.

You have people who are experts in finance, experts in medicine, experts in law. You bring your talents just as they bring their talents, and by working together, you are able to raise the tide for everyone.”
