The Gaughan & Tiberti Library and Accounting welcomes you to the Marshall School of Business!
We are very excited to be working with you and assist you with your research needs. We can suggest a database (or a few), or help you develop a strategy to find the information/data you need.
Databases and access: We have around 80 databases listed on our Electronic Resources A-Z that will assist you with your research and analysis. We also have that same list, plus more information on our MyMarshall Library site. We have databases with company and financial information, industry reports and market research, economic data and reports, as well databases that cover thousands of journals and newspapers.
Marshall students have access to several specialized databases that require the user to create an account, these include Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Capital IQ ESG, FactSet, Impact Alpha, MergerMarket, Pitchbook and Refinitiv Workspace. You will find instructions on how to sign up for accounts to these databases on the MyMarshall Library site. Please note most of these databases are limited to current Marshall students, faculty and staff.
You can contact us by e-mail, or use the form on the right. We are happy to meet you on Zoom or we can we can speak to you or your teams about your research needs in person. We can also demonstrate databases, or send you instructions, whatever is best for you. We are here to support you.
The USC Libraries has an additional 1800 databases, but also books, videos/films, directories and we are purchasing more and more e-books for easier access (sorry, no textbooks). The USC Libraries can assist you with getting articles from sources we do not have. We can help direct you or inform you about these services in more detail.
We wish you a very successful semester!
